Social Media

Wouldn’t you like to know what your customers really think about your business?

Social Media is a bit of a catch-all term encompassing everything from blogging through to My Space, Facebook and the like. We find that a better way of thinking about social media in a business context is that it’s about enabling a conversation with your customers, so rather than talking at them, you give them an opportunity to talk back to your business and tell you what’s on their mind!

How you use social media is dependent upon what your business is and who your target customers are. Not every business will need to be on Twitter or Facebook, but for some it might be absolutely essential to have a presence on these types of sites. We can advise, assist and draw up a social media strategy to promote your organisation.

A particularly strong type of social media is hosting a forum on your site. If you have customers who enjoy discussing your products, then this might be ideal for your business and of course it’s fantastic for search engine rankings as well.

The key thing with social media is that it’s not how you want to communicate to your customers, it’s about how your customer wants to communicate with you.
